Insomia and Sleep problems can seem like a vicious circle. you cant sleep, you’re lying awake knowing you have to be up early with a list of things to do. this can increase the stress and make the problem worse.
There can be many causes of sleep problems and insomnia. Stress is one of the main causes but other things such as noise, temperature, discomfort in bed, pain or too much caffeine can all contribute to sleep problems.
Insomnia can be a vicious circle of stress, not sleeping, getting stressed about not sleeping and becoming more tired which effects our daily performance. Hypnotherapy can help to break this cycle allowing you to relax and fall naturally to sleep.
Which type of therapy is suitable for Insomnia and Sleep Problems?
The most effective type of therapy for you depends on your individual situation, however many people find hypnotherapy and NLP as a taking therapy to be useful for sleep problems and insomnia. People respond differently to therapy and so the number of sessions required will vary from person to person. The number of sessions you’ll need will depend on your individual circumstances, however hypnosis for sleep problems and insomnia requires between 3 to 6 hypnotherapy sessions.
